I have enjoyed baking and cake decorating for as long as I can remember. However, it wasn’t until I was shopping for my own wedding cake that I realized what a daunting task that was! There were countless phone calls, searching on the web; and trying to get a quote over the phone was next to impossible. I remember thinking “it shouldn’t be this difficult’, and more importantly, time-consuming and expensive!
